Helpful to have's

• hiking boots/shoes, hiking poles, socks, shorts, T shirts

• wind and waterproof jacket 

• sunglasses and hat

• back pack (water/hydration, something to eat, sun screen, insect repellent, health insurance documents, any medication needed, small first aid kit etc)

• anything else you might require                Winter Hiking

• all the above plus

• buff, snood, neck scarf

• long tops, water and wind proof jackets

• hiking trousers

• thermals if needed
